Enjoy reading this cute, fun-filled children's book about cats in space. Two playful kittens watch a shuttle launch and become curious about the event. They find an old tom cat who tells them about shuttle missions. As they learn about astronauts and space flight, the young kitties decide to become astronauts. They pursue a course that eventually leads them to space-aboard the final flight of the Space Shuttle Atlantis! Follow this historical account with Book 2, The Last Launch: The Mission. The story continues, as the cats work aboard the International Space Station, and then return to Earth for the final landing and wheels stop.
