A seasoned female detective in the NYPD and her young profiler both visit the crime scene. Only from repeated warnings from respected medical experts and eminent scientists and science fiction writers in their dystopian novels not to play God and mess with human genetics. The US president orders a black operation against her greatest ally in order to safely acquire the US citizen; which he also considers to potentially be a military asset.
