Along the way, I turned to books and journals, from neuroscience and trauma research to philosophy and mysticism - not as a professional, but as a fellow traveller simply trying to understand why the self felt so solid, and what might remain when it softens.
What started as a search for personal peace opened into something larger: a quiet recognition that our inner fragmentation mirrors the fractures in the world around us. If you've ever felt exhausted by the seeking, these pages are offered not as an answer, but as a companion - a shared question. Because what if the home you've been looking for was never somewhere else, but the very awareness reading these words?
