Enforcer Report #3567812: There's a weird looking guy roaming the streets. Currently, he is not a threat. But, he might become dangerous at any moment. So, Keep an eye on him and report any suspicious activity.
So, they let Person-of-Interest #1146578 continue to walk the streets. The only thing he ever did was visit a few stores. Often, he came out with nothing. That was not unusual. Lots of people did that. Yet, most people didn't look like one of those Balloon People that Car Stores used to advertise. The Balloon People at those stores just looked funny. Then, again, they weren't walking the streets.
People were told to just act normal if they saw him nearby. The people figured that they had been warned. So, they did as they were told, except if they thought that weird guy was heading someplace he ought not go. Then, they blocked his way and headed him off.
One day, this living Balloon Person walked to a park. There were several little ones playing. So, he headed towards them. Little ones had always fascinated him. Well, they had fascinated him for as long as he had known about them which wasn't very long. The little ones grinned or was it grimaced. Then, they laughed. When this Balloon Person made a similar sound, they ran away.
All of them ran away, except one. That little one walked up to that Balloon Person and said, Hi, my name's Chromatico. The Balloon Person didn't respond, so he asked, What's your name? The Balloon Person responded, I don't have a name.
The Balloon Person could hear the little ones who had run away saying something. But, he was too far away to tell what they were saying. Chromatico noticed and said, Don't pay any attention to them.
You can hear what they're saying?
There calling you Jelly Bl-uh Bob. Then, Chromatico modified what he had said. Jelly Bob.
Then, that must be my name. Jellly Bob.
