Kauai's life story parallels the history of wave sliding (surfing) in Polynesia, 350AD. Kauai, a young Polynesian chief must prove himself as a leader and master wave slider if he were to become supreme Chief of the Manaaki chain of islands. At this years Mana Festival, Princess Kalea has offered her hand in marriage. The Festival takes on a far deadlier game as the young chiefs compete in the largest waves ever seen at the Festival to win Princess Kalea's hand. Travel with the young men as they go through cultural ceremonies to find and make new wave sliding planks. But Kauai has a secret, one handed down from an elder. This secret is all a new experiment and with his brothers they plan their way into the history of wave sliding. Gambling takes on gigantic proportions during the Mana Festival, as competing Royal families and friends jostle for power and resources in the premier event The Sport of Kings wave-sliding. But there is something odd about this young chieftain, Kauai. He can communicate with the whales and Dolphins, he has a sixth sense and visionary powers that are unrivalled amongst his peers, and what is that strange birth mark about? Follow Kauai as his life of self doubt, ambition and quest for truth lead him to question his existence. Meanwhile, Ozzma on the water planet of Aquarius, a slightly amphibious human struggles in his young life to prove he has what it takes to become leader and protector of the mammals on the main island of the archipelago of Aquon. The three moon Festival becomes his proving grounds and re-energize these mammals with unique powers. But beyond this tiny sculptured archipelago, giant Reptiles dominate Aquarius and wait their chance to destroy these peaceful mammals and their symbiotic relationships. The protective Jade Hook has disappeared along with the ''Keykeeper, '' his grandfather Amorah, but the truth is veiled in myths and secrets and confusion surrounds the Legend of Tangaroa, the Jade Hook and the Forbidden Wave. Ozzma concentrates on becoming an Aquarian warrior of the highest order with his giant wave riding skills and takes up the challenges of the deadly Aura Stadium in the final hour of the three moon Festival. Follow Ozzma and his lady Ollah and his southern tribal Clan as he tackles the day to day tasks of a unique culture and archipelago of sea and land mammals as they live under the threat of marauding Reptilians.
