A righteous ecoterrorist with a PhD in molecular biology teams up with radical religious extremists to reduce Earth's human population and give evolution a new path using a weaponized flu virus. Adrian, an old girlfriend now working for the NSA, recruits Cato, a skilled lab technician, to track down the terrorist's research lab and determine their plan. Cato is skeptical about the work but is finally convinced to help. Time is running out, the NSA team, working with the support of the CIA, make Cato a deputy Sky Marshal, as a cover, then help him follow a lead that was encoded in an RNA message. The lead takes Cato to Accra Ghana. In Accra, the terrorists are expecting someone and Cato is the person who shows up. When he does, the terrorists infect him with the virus and then send him to the Philippines to deliver it and a vile of the lethal virus to their leader. Cato is now a pawn in the middle of the Instar Overdrive plan. As Cato makes his way to deliver the vile and find the terrorist leader, he becomes more and more sick. When he is attacked by genetically engineered dragonflies it could be the end. It is a race to the finish to see if Cato can make it in time and stop the conspiracy that will kill billions.
