Lily Sandover is battling a very powerful enemy-the corruption in post-Second Revolution America. But Lily has made a dangerous enemy. Realizing he has underestimated her, Dana Christenson skillfully continues his deadly game with Lily with America caught in the middle. Through demonstrations, protests, and carefully-prepared propaganda, the group of rebels, now called the Central Angels, begin their attack on the new capital, desperate to find a way to dismantle the horrific institution that is the Commission of the People.
