When a nationwide power outage throws the country into chaos, #20 realizes that even the best-laid plans offer no guarantees in a world where ethics are a luxury. As he grapples with the consequences of his choices, #20 is propelled towards a hell of his own making, where one small decision sets off a chain of events he never could have imagined.
