If a king acts arbitrarily, he is gathering disasters, placing himself in a river, desperately swimming towards a sandbar in the water. The strength of people's loyalty is positively correlated with social integrity, the king's relief, and the wealth of the people, and negatively correlated with the square of the distance between the king and the people. When a king possesses power but is cautious enough not to use it, the distance between the king and the people approaches zero, and the strength of the people's loyalty is extremely strong. The king is quiet and inactive, without any achievements, without giving orders or leading the world, aiming to narrow the distance between the king and the people. Along with economic development, social ugliness will also come, like planting vegetables with weeds naturally. The king must not use solid administrative measures to eliminate it.
