Huzzah! Autumn started as a list of things I'm grateful for, and evolved from there. I've struggled with seasonal affective disorder for most of my life. Counting my blessings has always been harder in winter so, I like to make a list of things I'm thankful for in fall. If you struggle with seasonal depression, I hope this book will offer you an ember of joy in the darkness of winter. We all deserve a bit of warmth.
