This book presents the design and synthesis of novel bioactive heterocyclic compounds derived from N-(sulfamoylphenyl)acetamides. The main objective is to develop compounds with potential insecticidal and anti-inflammatory activities while maintaining low toxicity and environmental safety. Various heterocyclic derivatives, including thiadiazoles, thiadiazines, spiro compounds, and triazolotriazines, were synthesized using efficient and green chemical methods. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed through spectroscopic techniques. The biological evaluation demonstrated promising insecticidal activity against Spodoptera littoralis, where several compounds showed strong toxicity. Additionally, anti-inflammatory activity was assessed using different in vitro methods, indicating significant potential for some derivatives. Molecular docking studies further supported the biological results by revealing strong interactions with target enzymes. Overall, this work provides valuable insights into the development of new heterocyclic compounds with potential applications in agriculture and pharmaceutical fields.
