This book is such a delight to read. The author allows the reader's mind to quickly wander to other places, other times, with descriptive characters and meaningful dialog that is such a treat.

Have you ever wandered through a graveyard, noting names and dates and musing the life that person led? There is an incalculably high number of people lost to history. They might have been an exceptional person in their time, in their family, but forgotten like the winds of last winter.
