As a younger mother, my most influential author was Erma Bombeck who helped me laugh throughout the years of fear and insecurity, happy and sad, but thankful for the good times and the loving family I had. I wrote her a special thank-you note. She responded, thanking me for my unique note and giving me encouraging compliments on my talent and my beautiful Poetry and Prose...
