This book is an offering from my own life, a reflection of how illness became my teacher and breath became my medicine. For years, I searched for healing in the outer world until I discovered that the real cure was hidden in the rhythm of my own breath. The practices of Yoga, Pranayama, Ayurveda, and Mudras joined to form a path that I call The Rohini Method.
This is not a theoretical guide. It is the living essence of experience, drawn from the journeys of hundreds of students and clients who rediscovered health and peace through the wisdom of prana.
Modern medicine observes blood reports, hormones, and blood pressure. Yogic medicine observes nadis, vayus, and chakras. When both are united, a complete system of healing emerges.
May this book serve as a bridge between the seen and the unseen, between body and consciousness, between science and soul.
