Teach your child how to be happy and have FUN, even if they are not the most talented.
Does your child feel sad when they aren't the best at doing something? This makes sense: Making negative comparisons with others is a leading cause of frustration and feelings of inadequacy. Since 99.9% of us are NOT the very best at every task and hobby, it's important to teach your child how to cope with the feelings they might experience. Your child will learn that they can enjoy fun and interesting activities, even if they are not the most skilled.
With the perfect examples in this book, your child will learn how to have FUN and feel happy about their own talents and skills, instead of comparing with others and feeling discouraged. Your child will be able to relate to the lovable cow who enjoys painting, skating, dancing, and baking. They will understand her feelings of jealousy and sadness when her friends do everything just a little better than she can. By turning her thinking around, the happy-happy cow demonstrates how a different perspective can help her to enjoy and appreciate her own efforts again!
Children enjoy books that are FUN to read.
This unique story is also fun to read! Like the original The Happy Happy Cow book, this book is meant to be read forward-and-then-backward. Your child will be delighted when they get to help turn the pages backward, and help the happy-happy cow turn her thinking around!
