Gnostic And Historic Christianity is a book written by Gerald Massey that explores the differences between Gnostic Christianity and traditional or historic Christianity. Massey delves into the origins of Gnostic Christianity and how it differs from the more mainstream form of Christianity that emerged in the early centuries of the Common Era. He examines the Gnostic texts that were discovered in Nag Hammadi, Egypt in 1945 and how they shed light on the beliefs and practices of this alternative form of Christianity. Massey also discusses the role of the Gnostics in shaping early Christianity and how their ideas were suppressed and eventually lost to history. The book provides a fascinating look at the development of Christianity and the various interpretations and beliefs that have emerged over the centuries.THIS 42 PAGE ARTICLE WAS EXTRACTED FROM THE BOOK: Gerald Massey's Lectures, by Gerald Massey.
