Galactic Tomorrows is a collection of futuristic and dystopian short stories. Mystery, adventure, contemplation, love, morality, and surprise endings all take place on Earth, in our solar system, or within a distant galaxy. Many diverse intelligent life forms, including animals on other worlds, are included in these plots too. Nevertheless, though some may consider these tales to be slipstream, space opera, cyberpunk, or even fantasy, most of them are just good old science fiction. . Some of the titles and a summary of their plots follow: . *Murder at the Aurora: On the asteroid world of Erebus, Lieutenant Cafferty arrives at a rock concert arena ready to solve a homicide. *A Trip to Anywhere: Georgiana takes a Light-Flight to Neptune for a much-needed adventuresome vacation. *His Last Sunset: Dr. Azeroth, a paleo-mathematician, ponders many questions concerning the first civilizations of his world, old religious texts, and a nameless God. *The Ceres Morality: Artificial humanoids, Icarus and his daughter Qiana, who enjoy human literature and have been caring for greenhouses on Ceres for decades, are faced with a life-or-death scenario. *Ghosts of Sorrows: After a surprise attack on the Outersolar Space Station by extraterrestrials, a Jovian marine, Darcy Turnbull, visits a new space museum dedicated to all who were lost - including her parents. *Mysteries on Charon: A Martian crew takes a ship to Pluto's moon Charon where a previous expedition has lost communication with the home world and gone missing. *Escaping An Alternate Reality: In this dystopian tale, the Romeros have fled a totalitarian nation to find a peaceful existence elsewhere. *An Appendix Anomaly: The Dracoreans emerged from the Dragon's Triangle off the coast of Japan to seemingly save humanity. ...and many others.
