One late evening, FBI agent and Forensics Analyst Moreno Brown gets into a bad car accident with a strange object on the road while driving home from his girlfriend Tracy's house. He suffers permanent nerve damage in his leg. After long and intense therapy he now walks with a gimp. During his accident, he stumbled upon an alien technology in the wreckage. This bioform nanotech eventually matures into a special suit and develops a symbiotic relationship with him. The suit gives him special powers and enormous strength when he merges with it. He can run, leap, and fight with the strength of a hundred men. It also gives him superior intelligence and swift twitch muscles. But the suit is biotic so it can be worn after it rejuvenates. He is also hunted by a race of alien beings called the NULL that make claims on the suit. If Mo's symbiotic link with the suit is broken for too long, he could die or become a brain-dead vegetable. The alien DNA in the suit was created and programmed by a mysterious group called THE SEE-ERS. Their mission is to fight evil in the galaxy. Mo didn't choose the suit, the suit chose him, thus, he has no choice but to become a GALACTIC COP.
