Picking up right where The Feed I Need leaves off, Roman finds himself in the residential treatment center for eating disorders - a new place, with new (and familiar) faces, and new problems. Every night since Ezra's discharge, the cute boy that Roman met on the inpatient unit, the two of them engage in nightly phone calls, except on the Sabbath, indicating Ezra's commitment to his Jewish faith. Things seem to be going uphill as Roman improves in his eating habits, becomes more social, and gets put on a good medication regimen. But medication can't treat Borderline Personality Disorder, and there's someone new that Roman has his eyes on - and this time it's one of the Mental Health Counselors. As Roman starts to spiral again, he finds himself asking this simple question: does he want to spend the rest of his life struggling with his mental health or does he want to be free from the suffering he's endured all this time? While the right answer may seem obvious to others, for Roman, his decision will either lead him to a happier life...or straight to his grave
