His gang-adopted brother Gunz plays a pivotal role in how power and greed tore their brotherhood apart which burned their love to cinders in the flames of the 'street game'. The tale is told in current time and is punctuated with flashbacks that tell the tale of G-Dawg and Gunz's rise and fall in the game, Natacia and G-Dawg's love, and of the history of the game.
