There is no magic trick to develop a habit, I wish there was but I am afraid there isn't one, it doesn't work that way. This book is also not for someone who is looking for motivation because I don't believe is motivation. It's temporary. I have no interest in motivating anyone. This book is for people who don't want to give up, they even hate the thought of giving up but they don't know how to deal with it. This book is for someone who wants to be unstoppable, who wants to develop that mental toughness, who wants to live their dreams but do not how to go about it. How to begin? This book is gonna tell you how to change your mind from a victim mindset to a warrior mindset. This book talks about the root cause of why people give up on their dreams so easily or may be after trying so hard and how to handle those situations. The difference between people who give up and people who keep moving forward no matter what is the mindset. The book talks about developing a mindset. WHY? You see, I don't want to help you to fight your problems or to face adversity. No one can help you to be honest. I just want to help you through this book so that you can help yourself.
