There is Carl's own insight into track management as he talks the reader round the Superbike circuits in Britain and the rest of the world. There is also a full review of other types of racing, such as Enduro and Motocross and a look at leisure road riding.
The book combines personal experiences and anecdotes from Carl's glittering career, with advice on how to improve their techniques.
