It's 2025 and the world is wracked by violence against women and the headlong rush to environmental chaos. In Britain, newly elected Prime Minister Rona Winters and her R&D guru Inas Pirie, co-founders of the first ever women-only political party, plan to put a stop to male aggression and climate disaster once and for all. But vested interests mesh with personal animosity and create deadly opposition ... 'I never did get it with you, Rona. One day raving Trot. Next day earth-mother.' Giorgio Banham made little attempt to suppress a sneer: 'At least I understand the Green's argument; I mean, they're wrong, of course. But all that feminist shit!' She spoke slowly, feigning patience: 'Exploitation of the planet and oppression of women. They are two sides of the same coin: male aggression.' 'Well that's tough, Rona, because aggression's hardwired into the male psyche.' 'Then perhaps, Giorgio, it's time we snipped that wire?' But how exactly do Rona and Inas plan to 'snip that wire'? And can their plan succeed?
