Jean-Bernard Fried, Isabelle Filliozat's husband, was struck by a severe headache on April 20th, 2018. No one suspected at the time that a glioblastoma, an extremely aggressive brain tumour, was taking over his brain and that it would progressively deprive him of his memory, speech and movement.
Isabelle Filliozat confronts the months that follow hand in hand with her husband. In her global approach to illness, she carefully monitors his diet and attempts alternative methods of healing to counteract the misjudgements in hospital care, relying on Buddhism, meditation and prayer.
