Final advice: Over-the-counter medications are largely harmful to health, and this silence from the authorities kills more than bullets.

Au Tchad, cette pratique qui prend de plus en plus de l'ampleur est favorisée par la prolifération des docteurs Tchoukou, dont certains installent leurs étals en face des formations sanitaires publiques, au grand du Ministère de la santé, impuissant ou laxiste.
