It was on an ordinary afternoon, after work, that Camila saw him for the first time. He was in the crowded subway, as usual, holding on to one of the metal bars as the train jolted through the curves. She was distracted, listening to music on her headphones, when something caught her attention. An unusual looking man was standing near the door, looking straight at her. He was tall, with dark hair and deep blue, almost glowing eyes. There was something ethereal about his presence, something that made Camila wonder for a moment if she was seeing a dream while awake.
