And through it all, he treats Cooper with respect, showing that safety education isn't about fear or shame-it's about knowledge and love.
When Sparky's extraordinary nose identifies three hazards in the garage, Cooper recognizes that his dog's alert abilities are genuine skills earned through training and experience. In a touching moment that shows Cooper's growth, he gives his own fire safety badge to Sparky-because Sparky truly earned it through his important work finding hazards.
