Determined to start a new life in Berlin, far away from her mother, Roni, an Israeli Jewish woman and a third-generation descendant of Holocaust survivors, took her fur family, a seventeen-year-old dog and three cats, and moved to Berlin. Why did she choose to move to Germany of all countries? It was a calling; it chose her. Roni found herself embarking on a journey of awakening to a higher state of consciousness when a mysterious event, which shook her world to the core, served as a trigger to her spiritual evolution. Spontaneous recalls from their past life under the Nazi regime, emerged throughout. They showed the way to deciphering the recurrent dream she was having since her childhood. Finding Lola is a love letter to Roni's long life partner, her mentor, her God Dog Romi, who with a chronic heart failure and an aging body never ceased to take care of her during life's hardships. Side by side they roamed the enchanting sights of Berlin as Roni was pushing their pet stroller. Hand in hand they struggled to find Lola. While weaving the wisdom of the great spiritual minds throughout the ages into the storyline this mystical autobiography aims to help those who had started their spiritual journey, as well as to inspire others to dig deep and begin their own.
