This book explores the intersection of Merit, Excellence, and Intelligence (MEI) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), challenging the notion that they are mutually exclusive. Instead, it argues that a fair and high-performing society requires merit-based competition and equitable access to opportunity. Meritocracy is celebrated as the foundation of innovation, economic growth, and societal progress.
