A robot or artificial intelligence of any make or model must have an Artificial Intelligence Cap (A.I. limit) of 15. If a robot or artificial intelligence is found with an Intelligence Level above the A.I. limit, the A.I. will be neutralized and held by the Organization of Robotic Control and Containment (O.R.C.C.).
