Lero and Jean are in Africa assisting in a United Nations Health Initiative when they are urgently called away by Mr. Murfree (the President), on the way to Washington they are intercepted by their old friend and former boss, Jefe, who is likewise on his way to Washington. Lero is the head of Group 47, which undertakes projects for the President and reports solely and directly to him.
