Every 100,000 years or so, the Essences of the Earth convene in a Great Council. A charter fishing boat marooned on the submerged island that houses the Great Council, proves to be the unpredictable variable in the formula. Now the only thing standing in the way of another extinction event is the political maneuvering and adventures of three children. In an attempt to save 7 billion people, two warring sisters and the bait boy from the fishing boat will need to defend and answer for the mistakes of the human race.
