Their deadline passes, and Operation Sanitize releases mankind's most powerful weapons against its smallest enemy. Nuclear detonations temporarily halt expansion of the kill zone, but Dr. Whites continues antidote refinement knowing BHS-laden dust will someday settle to the surface.
