Epics of Dakaron is a short story compilation of adventures and characters set in the world of Dakaron, a fictional bowl-shaped world orbited by two moons. Dakaron is a fantasy land that consists of a huge central continent surrounded by several lesser continents and a vast sea full of underwater empires. These stories show a small slice of adventuring life experienced by different characters in different time periods in different locations, all overseen by an all-seeing narrator.

THIS IS AN ASSORTMENT OF STORIES SET IN THE WORLD OF DAKARON, A BOWL-SHAPED WORLD ORBITING THE GIANT BLAME BODY OF ARRES AT THE CENTER OF THE NORAKAD CRYSTAL SPHERE. MOST OF THESE STORIES ARE SET IN THE MAIN CONTINENT, WHERE MOST OF THE POPULATION (AND ADVENTURES) RESIDE. MERRY'S SHADOW IS SET IN THE ELDARLANDS, ALSO CALLED THE FORGOTTEN CONTINENT, WHICH IS CONNECTED TO THE MAIN CONTINENT BY THE ELDARON ISTHMUS.
THESE STORIES ARE TAKEN FROM VARIOUS CHARACTERS, COUNTRIES, AND ADVENTURES. THEY ARE INTENDED TO PROVIDE AN IDEA OF WHAT LIFE IS LIKE IN DAKARON. SET IN DIFFERENT TIMES, DIFFERENT LOCATIONS, WITH DIFFERENT VOICES AND PERSPECTIVES, IT IS NO WONDER YOU WOULD BE CONFUSED WHEN READING ABOUT THESE PEOPLE. REST ASSURED I HAVE FOUND A GOOD REPRESENTATION OF WHAT AN ADVENTURER MUST FACE WHEN TRAVELING DAKARON. I WOULD INTRODUCE YOU, BUT I HAVE THE FEELING THAT YOU VALUE ACTION OVER SIMPLE WORDS.
