The Harry and Genie series has always been about exploring these fundamental questions of human nature and evolution. While much of science fiction focuses on military conflict, about 80% of the genre by current estimates, I wanted to probe deeper into what makes us human. This is why I created Genie, an advanced female android, as Harry's companion for
their seven-year journey. Beyond the practical considerations of food storage and life support, their relationship allows us to examine humanity through both human and artificial eyes. In this book we'll discover that evolution whether biological, technological, or spiritual, rarely follows the paths we expect.
