Growing up as one of thirteen children, her childhood in a large household instilled in her a profound appreciation for the power of community and the enduring strength of family bonds, which are themes that resonate through her life and work.
With a career spent in the classroom, Florence has transitioned her passion for teaching into a love for storytelling. When she isn't at her desk writing, she finds joy in the company of family and friends, cherishing the very connections that have shaped her journey from the beginning.
