Arow has ventured a long, long way. He has travelled through the silent black only to find himself lost and confused, scrambling through the hallucinogenic jungle of an unknown planet. His suit, the gear that he used to hop through space, which gave him food and oxygen and water, is missing. And worse, so too his companion and beloved daughter, Rome. To escape the mind altering pollen of giant alien orchids, he finds refuge in a cave and somehow must discern between what is real and what is not and, at whatever cost, get his daughter back. As he tries to recount the story that led him to this, his only clues are the strange yellow creatures that watch him from afar, and the words he finds written on the cave wall... IF I LEFT THE FOG.

Down to the Dome is a science fiction novella not for the fainthearted that questions the boundaries of fantasy and reality, drawing on themes of family, individuality, isolation, separation, and the desperation to find the truth.
