About the Author
Barbara was born and raised in Houston, Texas, where she lived until her career moved her to Washington state. After a successful career in computers, she retired to a small town in northeast Texas with her husband, Richard, and her beloved doggie, Gidget. Barbara and Richard have four children between them and eight grandchildren. She loves to read and her favorite genres are mystery and romance. She is interested in playing golf and tries to get out and knock the ball around from time to time. Barbara is on the Board of Directors at her local library and is an active volunteer in several non-profit groups.
