Dogmen are not man's best friend!
Ten years ago Winston McKay watched his wife, Jenn, die at the clawed hands of a Michigan Dogman. Vowing revenge, he opens a fudge shop to build chocolate shooting squirt guns. After years of weird comments and judgement from the people of North Leeland, he's grown tired and ready to pack up his ladle and be with Jenn.
Lydia Evan hates chocolate. Which, working at the fudge shop, would be funny, if it wasn't for the fact that she really really hated the smell, touch, and look of chocolate. Then there's her kooky boss with his muttering and secrecy.
When Winston decides to close the shop early, she can't contain her excitement at getting to hang out with her friends, even if they are jerks who didn't include her.
Then the Dogmen attack.
North Leeland becomes the ultimate bloody dog park as the muscular hairy beasts descend upon it. Winston is joined by Lydia, and her ragtag group of friends on his mission to get to his fudge shop. They'll have to get past their differences and use chocolate as a weapon if they want to survive.
Because everyone knows: Chocolate kills...Dogmen!
