Douglas is a curious little snail who lives at Elderslie, tucked beneath the cool agapanthus leaves. When the rain begins to fall, Douglas sets off on a slippery adventure around the farm-tasting strawberries, nibbling mint, and exploring Molly's veggie garden!
But not every adventure goes to plan...
A surprise, a squeal, and a sudden flick send Douglas flying through the air!
After bumps, twists, and a whirlwind ride across the farm, Douglas learns an important lesson about exploring-and about leaving Molly's vegetables alone!
This fun and charming rhyming story is filled with laughter, farmyard life, and a lovable snail with a big appetite. Perfect for young readers who enjoy colourful farm adventures and cheeky little creatures.
