Part Two - The Basement
A new dream shows a man vanishing from a hospital elevator-and the disappearance is about to happen for real. As James follows the clues, he discovers a basement hiding a wormhole, a dangerous creature, and a nurse with deadly intentions. When his friends are taken back to 1860, James realizes the truth: to save the future, he must step into the past, stop the disappearance before it ever happens, and confront the darkness threatening to reshape Ian's Peak forever.

After the encounter, he begins slipping into Dream Reality - a strange, powerful state where dreams reveal the past, the present, and the future as if they are happening right before his eyes. But the ability doesn't stop there. The more the power grows, the more it changes him, unlocking abilities no one can explain and no one is prepared for. Objects shift when he concentrates. Shadows move when he dreams. And the experiment that awakened his gift may not be as dormant as it seems.

Written in 1987 on a mechanical typewriter, Dreams Can Be Dangerous is the original screenplay that sparked the entire Dream Reality universe. Unedited and released for the first time in this special edition, it reveals the earliest version of the powers, mysteries, and dangers that would later grow into the stories that followed.
