Each entry is short - a few hundred words, one question - covering the six pillars of the coaching life: Identity (why you coach and who you are as a leader), Culture (what you are actually building), Adversity (losing streaks, doubt, and the hard seasons), Relationships (players, parents, assistants, and the ones who shaped you), Craft (the art and practice of coaching), and Legacy (what the work is actually for).
Read it before practice, after a hard loss, or on the drive home. Some days it will be exactly what you needed. Come back to the others - the season changes, and so will the reading.
