Cracking the Aleph-Beith Code takes readers on a journey through the 22 letters of the ancient Hebrew alphabet - not as a language lesson, but as a hidden message waiting to be unlocked.
Written for early teens readers, this illustrated book reveals how each letter of the Aleph-Beith carries a pictographic meaning that, taken together, tells the story of the Plan of Salvation from beginning to end.
At the heart of the book is Daniel, a young boy who grows alongside the reader as he discovers - letter by letter - that the oldest alphabet in the world contains a portrait of Jesus hidden in plain sight. From Aleph (the ox) to Tav (the cross), each chapter unpacks one letter's ancient picture, its name, its meaning, and its place in the larger Gospel narrative.
Drawing on the field of Paleo-Hebrew pictographic linguistics, the author connects each of the 22 letters to a specific moment in the biblical story - creation, covenant, sacrifice, redemption, and restoration. The book is designed to be read aloud, studied in family devotions, or used as a Sabbath school or homeschool curriculum resource.
Cracking the Aleph-Beith Code is the first title in a series designed to help young readers develop a deeper connection to Scripture through the language in which much of it was first written. No prior knowledge of Hebrew is required.
