Constitution Für Die Tertiarien is a historical document attributed to Pope Benedict XIII concerning the rules and regulations for tertiary religious orders within the Catholic Church. This constitution likely outlines the structure, practices, and obligations of these lay religious communities, offering insights into the governance and spiritual life of the Church during Benedict XIII's papacy.
This text provides valuable primary source material for researchers and historians studying the history of Catholicism, papal decrees, and the development of religious orders. It sheds light on the ways in which the Church sought to organize and guide the spiritual lives of its members, particularly those who lived their faith outside of monastic or clerical settings. The document would be of interest to scholars of religious history, legal history, and those interested in the internal workings of the Catholic Church.
