This volume comprises two academic papers. They form part of a comprehensive evaluation study of the implementation of environmental policy in Madagascar. It is entitled 'Manifestations of Climate Change and Public Reactions: The Case of Haute Matsiatra' and presents the results of analyses of meteorological data over the last thirty years, as well as the findings of a sociological study reflecting the public's reactions to climate change.
