Some days I would read one story and other days, several. It would rest inside me with encouragement, humor and lessons learned. A great read. Entertaining and thought provoking. Personal history offers insight in to being poor and bullied by gov't when poor and when a native American. This person rose to the challenges. I'd love to read a sequel. I enjoyed her stories of how she knew how to work with the people that didn't trust strangers. She was able to reach some that I believe wouldn't have gotten help any other way. It was a real page turner! Her story is inspirational! I will definitely read more of this author. Thank you! J. Traveler's is a gem of an author and storyteller. I know one when I find one because I'm an author myself. Her covers of her dog mysteries are adorable too. I love reading of older times and families of Faith with a gift for humor. This has it all. What a blessing to get a glimpse into such a special time, place, and family.
