Forest has spent nine long years in prison, trapped in the darkness of his cell. He finally gets a chance to step out into the sunshine and play basketball with his fellow inmates. The oppressive heat of the day is taking its toll on his body, but he is determined to keep playing until the end of the game. However, as he looks up at the sky, he sees a strange red light that seems to be descending towards him. He falls to his knees, unable to move before losing consciousness.

When Forest wakes up the next morning, he feels relieved to be alive but notices a strange red mark on his pupil. The prison nurse tells him it's just a broken blood vessel, but he soon finds out that something strange has happened to him. At exactly five o'clock in the evening, he feels an incredible surge of energy coursing through his veins. He becomes faster and stronger than ever before, dominating the basketball court and even shattering the ground with a single punch.

As Forest tries to make sense of this newfound power, he realizes that his release from prison is only a few hours away. He wonders what kind of man he will be when he finally steps out of these walls. Will he use his powers for good or evil? Will he be able to control them or will they control him?

Forest soon realizes that his powers activate everyday from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm. While in his superhuman state he blackouts unaware, at first of how to gain control. His journey takes him on a thrilling ride as he discovers the true extent of his powers and learns to harness them for good. Along the way, he meets new friends and faces dangerous enemies who seek to exploit his abilities for their own gain. But in the end, Forest discovers that true power comes not from physical strength but from the strength of character and the courage to do what is right. He has been given a gift by the universe itself.

This novel is a gripping tale of redemption, self-discovery, and the power of the human spirit to overcome even the most daunting obstacles. Through Forest's journey, readers will be inspired to find their own inner strength and to never give up on their dreams, no matter how impossible they may seem.
