Lamp Lamp, an Uptown gangsta was always enraged at the small amount of money left for him and his crew. Not a member of New Orleans traditional social class, Lamp Lamp schemes to wrestle control from the Duvernay family and redistribute that money back to his HardRock Committee Uptown crew.
A meeting of the Cartel that controls the Gulf South drug trade attempts to influence the upcoming Mayors election. This declaration doesn't sit well with Lamp Lamp and his HardRock Committee crew. So Lamp Lamp decided this was the perfect time to strike and shower the streets with violence.
Kraigo understands the game has its rules and decisions are made by leaders to satisfy the needs of all. However, Lamp Lamp is a problem, so Kraigo must decide to balance those decisions against his need to handle Lamp Lamp and his HardRock Committee.
