全书的推导严格依赖四条基础公设（A1-A4）与一条元规范 M（可失败性规范），不引入任何专门为暗物质或暗能量量身设置的公设。A1 设立频率分辨能量量子密度场；A2 建立频率-能量谱关系；A3 给出支配场演化的 EQT 主方程，涵盖产生、扩散与耗散；A4 引入洛伦兹共振核与跨频率耦合约束。M 禁止任何 ad hoc 假设，并要求每一项主张都给出明确的失败条件。在此基础上，本书将前序引力卷中的弱场引力接口作为先验前提（而非待证结论）调用，由此构建两条并行的机制性推导链。
暗物质被重新表述为一个中频能量量子密度场 ρ_DM，受双重约束：其一，必须与电磁场弱耦合；其二，必须对总密度梯度作出实质性贡献。它与电磁窗口之间的频率失配--通过洛伦兹型抑制及电磁耦合压制因子 ε 表达--解释了暗的来源；而附加密度梯度 ∇(ρ_grav+ρ_DM) 给出有效引力增强 G_eff(r)，由此统一组织星系平坦旋转曲线、引力透镜与动力学的一致性、子弹星团中的质量-气体分离、暗物质晕的形成，以及对 NFW 型分布的重写。核-尖问题与缺失卫星问题则通过非线性饱和机制处理，而非单纯诉诸重子反馈。
