A captivating and fascinating read! The nuclear history in this novel is real. I know because I worked on nuclear power plants...and knew several of the real-life characters mentioned in the novel. It was fun to read a fictionalized story about nuclear energy that was well-researched, offered a probable plot, and introduced some interesting characters. A fun read, this story also provides a nice peek at some commercial nuclear energy history using an engaging female protagonist and an exciting plot. The book is entertaining, at the very least. Even more, it's a great representation of how the competence and leadership of female scientists can change the world.
